Job Description
RCM is looking for a LICENSE PRACTICAL NURSE/LPN who has pediatric experience, to provide 1:1 services to a high school student during school ESY. PA DOE is not required. Nurse is needed for the following days/times:
ESY hours: 7:30am-12pm (week 1 & 5)
ESY hours: 7:30am-11am (week 2 & 4) June 30-July 3 off
Dates of ESY: Monday – Thursdays 6/16-7/17, no ESY 6/30-7/3
Location: Kutztown Area Schools
Certification: RN license (PA DOE is not required)
Description: Provide 1:1 services during ESY program to high school student
Requirements: Licensed Practical Nurse Certification required.
Pre-Employment Paperwork Requirements:
- PA State Police Clearance (Act 34)
- Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
- FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)
- School Personnel Health Form (Physical and TB test)
- PDE 6004 Form (Act 24)
- Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s) (Act 168)

- Week 3 – June 30-July 3 off
- Monday – Thursdays 6/16-7/17 (no Fridays)
