Clinic Manager – Physical Therapist – Outpatient
Location: Fairfield, CA, 94534
$90k – $115k + Annual Bonus!
Are you a licensed Physical Therapist with leadership experience? We’re seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee 1-3 outpatient therapy centers while maintaining a full patient caseload. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Physical Therapist who thrives in both patient care and operational leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and quality care
- Oversee financial performance, including P&L management
- Drive sales and marketing efforts to grow patient referrals
- Supervise and develop staff, ensuring a positive team culture
- Provide hands-on patient care, including evaluations and treatment
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Physical Therapist with leadership experience
- Strong business acumen with a focus on clinic profitability
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
- Ability to manage both clinical and administrative responsibilities
