Lead / Senior Vascular Sonographer

Full-Time | Boston, MA | $105,000–$125,000 + Comprehensive Benefits

Join a dynamic IAC-accredited Vascular Lab in Boston! We are seeking a Lead / Senior Vascular Sonographer to perform a full range of vascular studies and provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development oversight to our talented sonography staff.

You’ll work closely with:

• 4 Vascular Surgeons

• 2 Cardiologists

• 2 Neurologists

• Fellows, Residents, and a dedicated Vascular Tech team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality vascular ultrasounds (Carotid, Arterial, Venous Duplex, Transcranial Doppler, Renal Artery, Physiology Studies, Vein Mapping, etc.).

• Supervise and mentor vascular technologists.

• Lead quality assurance initiatives and assist with IAC reaccreditation.

• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding patient care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Vascular Technology/Ultrasound, or Allied Health + Vascular Ultrasound Certificate.

• ARDMS (RVT) Certification.

• 4–5 years of vascular sonography experience.

• Strong leadership, technical, and critical thinking skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
